By enrolling in this book writing training program, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Attendance and Participation

• Participants will make all efforts to attend all scheduled training sessions punctually and to listen actively. These sessions are designed for your benefit. Recordings will be available. 
• Not following the sessions in order may result in the participant not being able to complete training goals and objectives.

Homework and Assignments

• All assigned homework and exercises must be completed and submitted by email by the specified deadlines to support@caveofthesun.com
• Plagiarism or submission of work that is not the participant's own is strictly prohibited and may result in significant delays with training completion or expulsion from the training.

Following Instructions

• Participants’ success with this training is dependent on participants implementing the guidelines that will be provided. 
• Failure to comply with guidelines may affect the value of the created work.

Truthful Information

• Participants are required to provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and their work throughout the program. Inaccurate information significantly devalues the work created. 
• Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or authorship may lead to termination from the training.
• Any changes in personal information or circumstances that may affect book creation should be promptly communicated to the training instructor.

Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during the training, including handouts, presentations, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Dr. Maria Ian and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.
• Participants retain all rights to their original work created during the training.

Confidentiality

• Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants' work and personal information shared during the training.

Training Changes

• Dr. Maria Ian reserves the right to make changes to the training schedule or content if necessary for completion of training goals.
• Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Termination of Participation

• Dr. Maria Ian reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment for violation of these terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, or any action that compromises the learning environment for others.
• No refunds will be provided in case of termination due to violation of terms and conditions.

Refunds

• Participants agree that benefiting from the value of the training requires they complete the training. 
• Any participant who wants to withdraw prematurely agrees they will not receive the value of the training and will receive a pro-rated refund only, minus a non-refundable 20% registration and processing fee.
